Had a wonderful holiday recently. The hotel had amazing Christmas decorations that really got us in the festive spirit. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of variety and delicious hot chocolate. , the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room we stayed in could have used a little updating and the sofa bed we were promised wasn't there when we arrived. The view from our balcony was non-existent.

The free wi-fi in our room was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. With limited breakfast choices and flies in the dining area, there were a few minor issues with the dining experience. However, these were quickly overshadowed by the overall comfort and quality services of this place.

The price was a bit high for what was offered and there seemed to be an additional charge for certain amenities. the rooms lacked some necessary items and could have been better stocked with toiletries and towels.
